Job Description

We are looking for a Staffing Recruiter to attract and recruit quality candidates. Responsibilities include identifying and reaching out to highly skilled candidates, communicating with applicants, interviewing and/or assessing candidates to ensure a good fit and keeping in touch with hiring managers to stay informed of upcoming needs. Ultimately, you will be instrumental in all parts of the job-placement process and support hiring managers.


Work with hiring managers to understand the requirements of each role.
Identify and reach out to prospective candidates through various recruiting tools, job sites and professional contacts.
Identify various sources of candidates, including international organizations at colleges, and professional groups.
Publish job ads to job boards and social media groups dedicated to expatriation and relocation.
Communicate regularly with hiring managers to understand their recruiting needs.

1st shift: 8am-5pm
Pay Rate: DOE

Job Requirements

Previous experience as a recruiter, experience as a bilingual recruiter preferred.

Experience with recruitment databases, candidate sourcing tools, job sites, and social media savvy.

Ability to work both independently and individually.
Multitasking capabilities. Attention to detail.
Ability to adapt to changing business needs in a fast-paced work environment.

Outstanding attendance work history.
Ability to maintain a high level of discretion & maintain confidential information.
Excellent verbal and interpersonal skills; ability to work and communicate effectively with all levels of staff and management.
Timely responsiveness to hiring managers and candidates is a MUST.
Promote a positive work environment as a part of the team.
Proficient in all MS Office tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).
