Job Description
Shift days/hours: Monday through Thursday 9:00 pm until finish Friday 7:00 pm until finish
short description:
Removes all trash ie: paper, boxes, plastic, and wood from broken pallets from the floor.
Removes any product remaining within equipment.
Performs a dry pick up of all inedible products from the floor and place it into gray cans.
Move equipment to proper areas for cleaning.
Assist in rinsing remaining meat particles from the floor.
Assist with scrubbing of equipment.Assist with equipment set up and sanitizing.
Abide by company safety guidelines.
Report any problems/ issues to the supervisor.
ESSENTIAL PHYSICAL DEMANDS:
Performs duties in a cold wet environment. Must be able to lift 50 lbs or more. Frequently stands, lifts, walks, reaches, stoops, bends over, climbs, smells, listens, and sees to perform the essential job duties.
WORKING CONDITIONS:
Temperature ranges from 40 degrees to 80 degrees in room.
Exposure to equipment and machinery that are considered hazardous.
Potential electrical, mechanical, chemical, and heat hazards are also present. The level of noise is high and constant. Floors are wet and slick
