Provides support to the sales team through order processing/entry, record keeping, data collection, or
other related tasks.
Manage Open Order Reports
Document and keep records on sales representatives and customers
Data Collection and analysis
Enter customer complaints
Exhibit a positive, friendly & helpful attitude with customers and be sensitive to their needs.
Determine & write up merchandise needed by customer and suggest alternative and/oradditional items related to the customer s order
o Pull items needed by customer from the warehouse
o Enter customer orders in the computer system
Manage entry of quotes for Sales III & IV
Manage entry of orders for Sales III & IV
Create & manage charts for assortments
Call customers for potential needs
Receive calls from customers and identify their needs
Attend scheduled meetings
To follow the Quality Management System and any changes to it
Address the risks and opportunities as determined in accordance with the quality management
system involved with all aspects of this job description
There are many other assignments on a daily, weekly and monthly basis.
