Quality Assurance Technician

1st, 2nd, and 3rd Shifts Available




Experience Requirements:




2–5 years of experience working in a restaurant, food industry, or sanitation company.

Familiarity with food industry audits, Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), and other food safety standards is a plus.

Ability to uphold core values such as honesty, integrity, respect for others, teamwork, accountability, and performance.

Proven ability to thrive in a fast-paced, results-driven environment.

Strong multitasking skills with the ability to manage complex tasks simultaneously.

Job Responsibilities:




Conduct and document quality control inspections and controls.

Perform and document inspections related to personal hygiene and GMP compliance.

Collect samples from the environment or food products for sensory, microbiological, or chemical testing.

Calibrate equipment in accordance with established quality assurance procedures.

Identify and investigate non-conformities in processes or products.

Coordinate and enforce corrective actions for non-conformities in collaboration with the Quality Assurance Manager.

Recommend and implement new quality policies and procedures as necessary to ensure high-quality products, processes, and services.

Monitor and report quality issues across the food manufacturing facility.

Assist in completing corrective and preventative action investigations and resolve food safety or quality-related action items.

Provide support in audit preparation and execution as needed.

Review quality control records, address issues, and retrain production staff when required.
