Job Description

Job Summary:

Services existing accounts, obtains orders, and establishes new accounts by planning and organizing daily work schedule to call on existing or potential sales outlets.

Job Responsibilities:
Exhibit a positive, friendly & helpful attitude with customers and be sensitive to their needs.
Determine & write up merchandise needed by customer and suggest alternative and/or additional items related to the customer s order.
Enter quotes
Enter orders
Call customers for potential needs
Receive calls from customers and identify their needs
Maintain a schedule of outside sales calls based on sales goal requirements
Accounts and cold calls
Organize and prepare a list of customers and prospects for sales calls by appointment, cold call or drop-in
Prioritize accounts by value, location, and main objective of the call
Update and maintain Sales Calls Made/Needed Reports per Sales Manager s request
Maintain assigned customer list with updated customer info projections
Obtain reasonable growth through new opportunities and business from new and old accounts
Follow up with customer after sale to provide ongoing support or resolve any issues
Attend scheduled meetings
To follow the Quality Management System and any changes to it
Address the risks and opportunities as determined in accordance with the quality
Management system involved with all aspects of this job description
Other assignments may be given by the management on a daily, weekly and monthly basis.

Locate & identify product in the warehouse & building
Ability to be trained in various areas such as computers, measurements, product
Identification, threads, diameters, procedures and methods.
Valid driver s license
Able to hear, speak read & fully understand English
Able to lift 30-65lbs regularly
Able to work in extreme conditions - As low as 30 Degrees as 100 Degrees Fahrenheit
Able to be on your feet for 4 hours at a time
