Position Summary
The Client Relationship Specialist is the primary point of contact for the Lender and Real Estate Investor clients we serve.
This position is responsible for creating and nurturing long-term relationships by providing professional and prompt client service. Assistance to clients include answering account questions, researching and resolving issues, providing ongoing communication and reporting, needed follow-up and proficient follow-through.

Client Retention - Develop trusted advisor relationships with our Lender and Real Estate Investor Clients
Professional Communication - Assist business-level clients with account questions, inquiries and concerns
Build Confidence - Ensure the timely and successful delivery of solutions that meet our clients needs and objectives
Dependability - Maintain consistent attendance to ensure fulfillment of essential duties and responsibilities
Perform all duties in accordance with the company s policies and procedures, US state and federal laws and regulations

Take & Make calls to assist Lenders with various questions or concerns
Input detailed client correspondence into portfolio management system
Answer incoming e-mails based on established templates
Produce key account metrics through reporting
Educate Lenders on various aspects of their new accounts through outbound Welcome calls & email correspondence
Communicate with clients regarding past due accounts and how they wish to handle them
Follow up with inter-company departments to ensure problem resolution is accomplished and communicated
Outbound Lender call & email campaigns based on company initiatives
Other duties as assigned

Job Requirements

Desired Education/Experience
Mortgage, Loan Servicing, Real Estate or Real Estate Investment experience preferred.
Or Equivalent Work Experience with Minimum of 2 years in Business customer service. We will train the right candidate.
Spanish Bilingual a Plus
