Job Summary:
Serves customers by selling products, meeting customer needs.
Job Responsibilities:
Exhibit a positive, friendly & helpful attitude with customers and be sensitive to their needs.
Determine & write up merchandise needed by customer and suggest alternative and/or additional items related to the customer s order.
Pull items needed by customers from the warehouse.
Enter customer orders in the computer system.
Enter quotes for Sales II, III & IV
Enter orders for Sales II, III & IV
Call customers for potential needs
Receive calls from customers and identify their needs
Attend scheduled meetings
To and follow the Quality Management System and any changes to it
Address the risks and opportunities as determined in accordance with the quality management system involved with all aspects of this job description
Other assignments may be given by the management on a daily, weekly and monthly basis.

Requirements:
Locate & identify product in the warehouse & building
Ability to be trained in various areas such as computers, measurements, product identification, threads, diameters, procedures, and methods.
Able to hear, speak read & fully understand English
Able to lift 30-65lbs regularly
Able to work in extreme conditions as low as 30 Degrees as high as 100 Degrees Fahrenheit
Able to be on your feet for 4 hours at a time
