Job Summary:
The Custodial and Maintenance Worker is responsible for maintaining a clean, safe, and organized office environment. This role involves performing routine cleaning, minor maintenance tasks, and general upkeep to ensure the workspace remains in excellent condition.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Sweep, mop, scrub, and vacuum hallways, stairs, breakroom, restrooms and office spaces.
- Empty trash and garbage containers to maintain cleanliness.
- Conduct limited grounds maintenance as required.
- Assist in sanitation control and safety hazard checks.
- Notify management regarding major repairs or necessary additions to lighting, heating, or ventilation systems.
Schedule is Monday, Wednesday and Friday from 8:00am-12:00pm. This is a part time position.
