JOB SUMMARY:
Responsible for the cleanliness and maintenance of the building. Answers any reasonable requests of building occupants through continuous communication (verbal and written). The duties of a general cleaner may include, but are not limited to the following:

Open Building
Dusting
Dust mopping
Emptying trash
Spot Cleaning
Vacuum carpet
Cleaning restroom(s)
Re-stocking supplies
Cleaning glass
Performing other similar and related duties as assigned by supervisor
Capable of lifting 50 pounds or more
Able to stand and walk for 3 or more hours in a day
