Job Description
Darby Day Staffing is seeking a Business Development Manager to drive revenue growth in our Fort Worth Branch. Interested individuals must have a minimum of 3 years of experience selling light industrial staffing services in the DFW market, preferably in Fort Worth.
Daily responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Prospecting for new business – in person, over the phone, electronically, and by attending networking events.
- Closing new business. This includes temp, temp-to-hire, and direct-hire opportunities.
- Continue growth and development of existing Darby Day accounts.
- Recommend client changes in products, service, and policy by evaluating results and competitive landscape.
- Resolves customer complaints by investigating problems; developing solutions; preparing reports; making recommendations to management.
- Maintains professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops; reviewing professional publications; establishing personal networks; participating in professional societies.
- Works collaboratively with team members to achieve branch and company goals.
- Willingly takes on tasks and responsibilities as needed to ensure team success.
- Record all activities in the company ATS – TempWorks Beyond.

Required Experience:
- 3-Years of Business Development Experience selling light industrial staffing services.
- Prospecting/Cold Calling/Appointment Setting
- Closing
- Hunter mentality
- Developing and managing sales territory
- Experience selling skilled trade positions is a plus.
