Team Player
Job Duties will include:
-Assisting Lender Services with contacting Lenders via email and phone on returned ULM payments as needed. This is a very important operation that requires prioritized attention.
-Overseeing the Insurance claim process as needed to assist Escrow/Insurance
-Assisting Borrowers and Lenders
-Receiving Insurance Adjusters Reports
-Contract coordination from Contractors
-Collecting W9 s and all other required documentation from Contractors
-Coordinating check endorsing and handling check processes
-Coordinating payments to Vendors as needed
-Assisting our Account Services Team as needed with drafting and mailing out monthly legal notices to clients and assisting with communications between attorneys and clients
