TX Based Sheet Metal manufacturing company is now hiring Press Brake Operators!
In this role, you will inspect blueprints for a project, set up your machine, perform regular maintenance, inspect metal while shaping it, and make necessary adjustments.
Press brake operators often monitor supply levels, check the final products to ensure they are free of defects, maintain work areas clean and organized.
Responsibilities:
Set up machines
Program Machine to fit design
Perform quality checks on all parts produced. Inspecting equipment, structures, or materials to identify the cause of errors or other problems
Track set-ups and run times
Restock materials
Maintain work area clean and safe
Comply with all safety policies and procedures (must wear steel toe shoes)

Consistent work history/ attendance
Analytical Skills
Experience working with industrial machines. Previous experience highly desirable
Manual Dexterity
Ability to interpret patterns, numbers, letters, words, pictures, and mathematical operations
Ability to stand, walk, climb, stoop, and lift to 50 lbs. Repetitive motion in a fast-paced environment
Ability to work in non-temperature conditions
Ability to Use and read a caliper, tape measure and protractor
Ability to read blueprints
Must wear PPE
Pay Rate & Shifts
Monday Thursday: 4: 00 pm 2: 00 am - $18.50 per hour
Weekend Shift: Friday- Sunday 6: 00 am - 6: 00 pm - $20.50 per hour
*****Must be available for OT if needed*******
