LEVEL II & III MAINTENANCE TECHNICIAN
Job Description
The Maintenance Tech position requires someone with strong interpersonal skills, as well as proven mechanical skills. Maintenance Tech is responsible for ensuring the highest operational functionality of the equipment and facilities.
oFamiliar with EPA and OSHA safety standards (i.E. LOTO, PPE, HAZCOM, Electrical Safety, etc.)
oExperience with 5S applications, along with exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail
oForklift experience (driving, loading, repairs)
oAbility to operate a scissor lift platform
oAble to work in high places
oPreventive and Predictive Maintenance implementation and execution
oExperience using Microsoft applications (i.E. Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
oExperience with the following equipment is a plus
oCNC panel saws and Industrial Point to Point machines
oIndustrial Hot Melt equipment
oEdge banding equipment
oDouble End Tenoners
oMembrane Presses
oHinge Bore equipment

Mechanical
oAbility to troubleshoot mechanical failures and make necessary repairs.
oFabrication experience a plus
Electrical
oFamiliar with the use of Voltage Meters (Voltage, Ohms, Amps, Continuity, etc.)
oKnowledge of AC/DC Circuits
oAbility to install and/or diagnose problems with single phase 110-220V circuits, as well as 3 Phase, high voltage circuits, and perform necessary repairs.
oOperational concept of contactor, power supplies, relays, inverters, drives, etc.
oExperience with servos, motor controls, and PLC s, including reading and interpretation of ladder logic.
Pneumatic & Hydraulic
oKnowledge of air and fluid concepts
oAbility to troubleshoot mechanical failures and make necessary repairs.
