ESCROW INSURANCE
Job Description
Works closely with managers to analyze and streamline department processing functions for mortgage loan insurance, property taxes, escrow analysis and client support. Responsible for day to day quality review of all department functions and reporting.
Job Requirements
Coordinate the timeliness of department functions - escrow analysis, insurance, property taxes, and client support
Perform manual reviews on escrow accounts per RESPA guidelines to ensure payments change notifications are provided to the borrower within required time frames
Analyze insurance reports to determine expirations for renewal, missing declaration pages, underinsured policies
Oversee the processing and payment of property taxes
Work with management to review and update escrow procedures
Review new and existing accounts to ensure they are funded correctly
Assist Account Operations Director with coordinating continuity of work flow during various busy escrow cycles
Desired Education/Experience
Mortgage, Loan Servicing, Real Estate or Real Estate Investment experience; Business Equivalent Work Experience
Candidate must have at least 2 years of experience analyzing and documenting complex business processes. Also must be bilingual (Spanish).
